CHAT

CHAT (confidential Help Advice Time) was established in 1997. The charity provides face-to-face counselling for young people from aged 9 to 25 years in the Oundle and Thrapston Areas. The free and confidential service aims to prevent and relieve emotional and mental ill health.

Their counsellors are professionally qualified and undergo regular clinical supervision. They meet the young people in their schools and at CHAT’s offices in Oundle and Thrapston. 

Clients are taken from self referrals, CAMHS Referral Management Centre and other professionals.
